He began his career at a young age as a tile installer, where he quickly recognized the need for greater efficiency without compromising quality. This early insight sparked his ambition to build something impactful, powerful, and enduring.

Today, Yiddy leads with a deep understanding of both the technical and relational sides of the business. He thrives on connecting with people and considers building relationships one of the most rewarding aspects of his role. Through his work, he has collaborated with talented designers, architects, and developers—many of whom have become close friends.

Known as a strong and involved leader, Yiddy takes pride in being deeply engaged in every detail of the business. Outside of work, he dedicates his time to his family, reflecting his commitment to both his professional and personal life.

Bryan Cheng serves as Chief Estimator, bringing over 21 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. Beginning his career as a civil engineer, Bryan developed a strong technical foundation before gradually transitioning into estimating—first as a supplementary responsibility and ultimately as his full-time focus. His deep understanding of construction processes and project requirements allows him to deliver highly accurate and reliable cost assessments.

Bryan is known for his meticulous attention to detail, particularly when analyzing project drawings to ensure precise and comprehensive estimates. His ability to identify key nuances within complex plans has made him a trusted resource across teams and projects. Colleagues describe him as direct, smart, and resourceful—qualities that reflect both his technical expertise and his practical approach to problem-solving.

At Tiler, a fast-growing operation with over 350 team members on sites daily, Fishel plays a critical role in overseeing payroll, financial operations, and compliance. He excels at managing the complex financial structure of the company, ensuring accuracy, stability, and efficiency across all areas of the business. His work is essential in supporting the company’s continued growth and operational success.

Outside of work, Fishel enjoys spending time in nature, often taking relaxing walks in the park to unwind. Known among his colleagues as “the numbers guy,” he maintains a steady, dependable presence and contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Drawn to the industry from an early age, Chaim found his niche in tile installation, where creativity meets precision. He is especially inspired by the transformation process—taking a space from raw construction to a fully finished product, with careful attention to layouts, patterns, and intricate details.

In his role, Chaim manages multiple projects simultaneously, often overseeing 10 to 15 at a time. He thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at keeping projects moving forward efficiently. For Chaim, one of the most rewarding aspects of his work is seeing a project evolve from drywall to beautifully finished tile, fueling his drive for the next challenge.

Outside of work, his passion for design continues, as he enjoys exploring creative ideas and appreciating innovative styles. Known by his coworkers as someone who is always on the go, Chaim brings energy, dedication, and a hands-on approach to everything he does.
